RR Donnelley’s Title Assessment Process is a new, standardized methodology for the assessment of customer-supplied files. Title Assessment Process provides content creators with detailed analysis and advice on the potential improvement of their job files. Developed to assure a smooth and painless prepress experience, Title Assessment Process is precise, consistent, and performed at no additional cost to customers.
- Phase 1: Customers are encouraged to submit samples of job files early in their design and composition processes for a free Testing evaluation.
- Phase 2: 100% of all submitted files undergo the AutoFlight series of automated and manual checks, focusing on the issues that account for the majority of preflight failures.
- Phase 3: The Printability phase is a more in-depth analysis of file elements, concentrating on their impact on the manufacturing process.
