Moran Printing is staffed with an experienced Customer Service and Production Crew and equipped with five Jet Presses including RR Donnelley's only 4-color Jet. Moran Printing is one of the Southeast's premier converted-envelope printers.
Jet Presses are specifically designed to print on pre-folded envelopes, offering offset quality printing at high speeds with tight registration. Moran Printing's Jet Presses provide superior quality over in-line flexographic printing, and can print onto many custom sized envelopes. Jet Presses offer a high quality printed envelope at typically less cost and faster turnarounds compared to "print flat and converting". Jet Presses, under the right conditions, can print at speeds of up to 60,000 envelopes / hour!

- Perfect Printing (printing both sides simultaneously)
- Full Bleeds (color to the edge on all four sides up to 9" x 12")

- Perfect Printing (printing both sides simultaneously)
- Full Bleeds (color to the edge on all four sides up to 9" x 12")
- One 4-Color Jet
- Min size: 3.25" x 5.5"
- Max size: 9" x 12"
- Bleeds available on up to three sides with approval with 3/16" non-print area required along the long side of the envelope

Materials:
- Offsets, bonds, opaques, linens, Tyvek, etc. The Jet presses cannot print on coated or matte stocks. If you have questions about a special material, please use contact info below.
- Common envelope paper weights are 24#, 28# and 32#. Equivalent offset and fine text paper weights are 60#, 70# and 80# respectively.
Quantities:
- Minimum - 1000 envelopes
- Maximum - Orlando Envelope has never encountered an order too large to handle.
Turnarounds:
- Orlando Envelope works very hard to accommodate each client's special turnaround needs. Typical turnarounds are as such:
- 5-10 business days for standard stock sizes
- Average of 3 weeks for special stock sizes and designs
